License
When you download Brake, you get a license to use it. In short:
- Brake is for personal use.
- One Pro or Supporter purchase covers up to 3 of your own PCs.
- Don’t reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute Brake.
- Brake Pro is a one-time purchase and does not expire.
What Brake is
Brake is a self-control tool. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional help. No detector is perfect, so Brake may sometimes miss content or react to content that isn’t explicit.
Provided as is
Brake is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Save your recovery code during setup so you can always get back in.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, tax, and receipts, and your purchase is also subject to its terms.
Refunds
You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request one, email hello@usebrake.app.
